As of July 20, the storm has reached Wind Level 10–12 (103–133 km/h), with gusts up to Level 15, and is moving west-northwest at 20–25 km/h.
⏳ Landfall is projected between July 21–22, targeting the coastal zone from Quảng Ninh to Thanh Hóa.
🌧️ Expected rainfall: 200–350 mm, with localized extremes above 600 mm — raising serious threats of urban flooding, landslides, and widespread infrastructure damage.
