- Bachelor of Engineering (Economics & Management) from Hanoi University of Technology.
Expertise: Engineering (MB, CPM, CAR, EAR and EEI), Property and Liability claims
Experience:
- Having started the career of loss adjusting at VIVACO from July 2004 to December 2012
- Having gained considerable experience in the role as senior in-house loss adjuster at one of the leading general insurance corporations in Vietnam
- Having gained more than 12 years of experience in loss adjusting & surveying
- Having handled approximately 1,000 Property–Engineering–Casualty/Liability claims of all sizes, of which the largest one amounts to USD 6 million
Phuong is the Manager of Survey.
