But we don’t just ask you to take our words for it, we set rigorous metrics for claim management from first contact to closure of a claim. Specifically, we serve our clients with 8 international service standards as follows:

  1. Contact concerned parties IMMEDIATELY
  2. Conduct the first site survey WITHIN 1 DAY
  3. Issue Immediate Loss Advice (ILA) WITHIN 1 WORKING DAY
  4. Issue Preliminary Report WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS
  5. Respond to clients’ correspondence WITHIN 1 WORKING DAY
  6. Follow up and update claims progress WITHIN 14 WORKING DAYS
  7. Issue Interim Report WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS (since we receive interim documents from the Insured)
  8. Issue Final Report WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS (since we receive full set of claim documents from the Insured)
